Museum of the Ancient Greek Warrior - Hoplitesmores - 05-13-2007

We have been proposed by the Pella municipality to aid them in creating a museum for the ancient greek warrior. It will span from the earliest documentation existing and themed from the Trojan war up to the fall to the roman empire. However i am at a loss from all the data one should gather. I have started gathering information and all help will be welcome. Manning imperial and local craftsmen were suggested but Iliad armaments are even harder to find.Help! Big Grin

Regarding Iliad armaments, check out the Bronze Age Center. Best resource on the net for such information, with connections via the forum members to even more.

Good luck with the project! It would be quite an honor to be asked to prepare such an exhibition Big Grin
