It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of Jackie Leach one of the most magnificent spirits it was my honour to know.
Those familiar with this amazing lady will know that she has been the greatest source of strength and encouragement for the Deva Victrix and the elemental driving force behind the Chester Roman Event.
Roman re-enactment has lost one of its greatest ambassadors and we have lost a very dear friend.
