hock: ) because the Batavi had been practising with it and some darts had suffered more than I expected... It did not land in the audience, did it? The head flew right acros the field, while the shaft landed on top of Mark Schräder of I Minerva!

at the start i was sitting on the right side of the emperor's box (big guy, with black t-shirt with Scotland on it).
Were you throwing at full strength because i had the feeling if you did, the plumbata would have gone of the field. (how many meters was that...50 or so?)

We cleared the playground after on Thursday one plumbata cleared the wall (just after we asked some kids to move)...[/quote]
