Historical Italian Cooking - jmsilvacross - 11-17-2021

Has anyone here checked out the Historical Italian Cooking channel on youtube? It's really quite amazing. He has a whole series on ancient Roman/Greek recipes and videos on making them, including Byzantine and medieval stuff.

There is also a book which I ordered called Ancient Roman Cooking by Marco Gavio De Rubeis (the host I believe) which is also very good, though sadly, no pictures (I consider that kind of essential for a cookbook) but well worth it for 12 euros.

There are some particularly good videos on how to make Garum and Muria.
