Hi, I wanted to know if anyone has any evidence for romans naming their swords. Period can be from kingdom to imperial, (so all periods). I also wanted to know if there was any details on a sword that would make it distinctly roman. Particularly from the late republic to early empire. My reasoning is because I want to do a Roman-proto Germanic blade and I don't want to make it too german.
