Peroni, I understand the scale dimensions... are they really 28 gauge brass? At that thin, I guess they are left flat, or are they somehow dished a bit?

Also, do you have a picture of how they are fastened (guessing the little staples), and is it to a backing cloth or just to themselves?

You can find all these questions in his marketplace topic on the shirt:

I've been able to wear his shirt one time. The scales are flat, connected to each neighbors by wire and each row is stitched to a fabric backing.

Wow, I wonder how they manged to dish the tips on such thin metal without creasing or deforming???
