The catacombs of Rome: great source for clothing - Robert Vermaat - 03-01-2016 A great source for Roman clothing: Joseph Wilpert: Die Malereien der Katakomben Roms (1903). On the website of the Universitätsbibliothek ofHeidelberg: http://digi.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/diglit/wilpert1903a http://digi.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/diglit/wilpert1903 RE: The catacombs of Rome: great source for clothing - Alanus - 03-02-2016 Robert! The book is priceless. Evidently, the only way a person can see the price is to "click" on the basket... which I didn't do because I'm a barbarian. Us barbarians never wear table-cloths and curtains, and the only time we're in a catacomb is when we're totally dead... not just mostly dead.
