Emilio Gabba (1927-2013) - D B Campbell - 08-23-2013
Italian scholar Emilio Gabba, Professor of Roman History at Pavia University (1974-1996), has died aged 86.
Amongst his many publications, RAT members will perhaps be familiar with Republican Rome, the Army and the Allies (Berkeley, 1976), a translation of selected papers originally published in Italian in 1973.
