You mentioned barbaricanii as being semi free....In Your Opinion, do You think that may have been the start of Medieval Serfdm?

In this case the other way around. I think AHM Jones described them as being in the process from slaves to free craftsmen.

Ave Robert,
A simple 'Thank You" at the bottom of an answer in this case doesn't seem good enough after the two articles You mentioned, so, Jaqui and I both say " Thank You! Thank You! Thank You VERY,VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Jaqui make jewelry using the lost wax and found the articles as much as I did. In fact, We are going to save the articles for future use. Again, "Thank You" Frater!
