We are currently building our second cart. First step were axles and wheels:

Interesting. The metal reinforcment of the axles, this is reconstructed from which finds?
I've seen artifacts here and there, Edinburgh and a few other places! It would be interesting to know hwat these are basd on. Another piece in the puzzle!

Byron, these are after finds from Bavaria, Austria and from Hungary. :-)

Congratulations Christian - there's some fine craftsmanship there.

By the spokes it looks very sturdy - looking forward to seeing it as it grows.

Our fist cart can carry about half a ton stuff.
