Reconstruction Battersea shield - Sindri - 08-02-2011 It is a Co-production between Stefan Jaroschinski (Noricum Replikate) and me. I fabricated the enamelled adornments and the rivets. He made all the leftover It took a lot of time to finish the shield, I think we started to work three years ago. The other parts of the shield are either tambak oder tinbronze. But I have to ask Stefan for an accurate Information. The shield shall be only used for ritualistic or ornamental Custom and was places in the Thames for votive offerings...
