Ohh ma'amy that looks like it will bve fun! Let me know what its like assembling the starter set! I had a set but had to sell it or else Id never have time to breathe :p

I actually received the plastic ones from the Roman Auxiliaries set a few days ago and look forward to try and paint them. I say try cause I'm new at this and have a very shaky hand but it's ok, cause I enjoy trying my best and hopefully will improve a bit with time.
Looking forward to see them painted. Took a look at your blog and you're great at it. Awesome painting skills, makes me want to trash mine :mrgreen: :mrgreen: Kidding, I have no skills but I have fun doing it.

Keep working at it. Practice makes perfect and all that. I've been painting for almost 40 years so I hope I've learned a thing or two. :grin:
Even though they make the silly Warhammer figures etc. Games Workshop do produce som good literature on painting techniques. There are some good articles on the Warlord website as well.

They look great, nicely done! Nice choice of colors and the bases look great too. Must be wonderful to finish and contemplate such a nice job. How long did it take?

Took about three weeks.
Only 11 or 12 more units to go (until I buy more! :lol: ), so at this rate it should only take about 10 months if i don't paint anything else! :grin:
Trouble is I also paint for money, so I alternate stuff for customers with stuff for me. :?
