Just thought I'd let you all know (in case the authors are too modest) that, after much delay, copies of two new books by RAT regulars are finally on bookshop shelves (in the UK at least):
Eager for Glory: the Untold Story of Drusus the Elder: Conqueror of Germania by Lindsay Powell (with a Foreword by Graham Sumner)
and
Gods of Battle: The Thracians at War 1500BC to AD150 by Chris Webber (aka Sitalces).

I knew about Lindsay's book, and had it on my to-buy list, but wasn't aware of Sitalces' book - which I'd also love to read. Thank you, Phil!
EDIT - been able to buy Lindsay's book on Amazon, but not Chris's one. Do you know why? Now off to Pen & Sword website...
