\'Victory Hymn\' - Tony Riches - 09-27-2010

Chaps,

An idle thought just popped into my idle mind...I recall reading about the soldiers of the army led by Albinus at Lugdunum singing their victory hymn just before the battle turned against them. Do we actually know what this triumphal song consisted of? I can guess the nature of it well enough, but are we provided with any detail in the various sources? I won't need this sort of detail for several books yet...or will I?

Thanks in advance as usual,

Tony.
