Ummm... Any ex-cop ( or anyone still on the job) can go on for hours about dumb criminals. One of the things that happens to all of us, including myself, is the guy who calls the cops on the guy who ripped him off on a drug deal. You get some irate guy who wants you to throw the dealer in jail because he took the first guy's money and didn't fork over the drugs. You frisk the first guy, and almost for certain he is holding somthing in his pocket, and has a warrant out on him anyway. They always do. He keeps insisting he can't be busted because he is the one who called you. Surprise! You then bust the dealer for possession, because you have probable cause established by the guy who called. You tell them both not to worry, because they can work things out when they are in the same jail cell together.
It is unfortunate we will probably never know the same kind of stories the Roman troops on police duty could have told.

Lead poisioning can cause mental impairment. This still does not explain what the cause is for I.Q. of the state legislature.

We have an unusually large amount of these amoebic lifeforms in the UK -
Last week there was an article in a paper about a burglar that got stuck through the bathroom window of a house and had to call the fire brigade to get him out!
