Fellow RATer Ben Kane (Parthian Bow), author of The Forgotten Legion, has written a new book entitled The SIlver Eagle and has generously offered a prize of 5 copies for a new trivia contest
"Continuing the story of the Forgotten Legion - They fought at the very edge of the known world - and lost. Ten thousand legionaries are all that are left of a once powerful army, now prisoners of the Parthians. Among their ranks are Romulus the former slave, and his mentors, Brennus the Gaul, and Tarquinius, an Etruscan soothsayer. While they fight for their lives against enemies from both without and within, Fabiola, Romulus' sister, must face her own struggles in Rome, where she is pursued by the vicious slave catcher Scaevola."
This will be a simple random drawing from all correct answers submitted before midnight PDT, 11. July, 2009- once again, simply email your answer to me using the button.
And once again RAT is not directly involved in supplying the prizes, and is simply acting as a venue; by entering, a member agrees to allow his/her email addresses to be supplied to Mr. Ben Kane, who will arrange for delivery of the prizes according to the laws of each winner's country, as applicable.
