I had a scan of the shield designs in Phil Barker's 'Armies and Enemies of Imperial Rome'. I lost this scan however
. We are trying to decide what auxilia shield design we want for our group.

There may be a copy posted on the Roman Shield yahoo group. There are photos of current patterns being used also.

I'm afraid that's impossible. At least as you want one that was based on the real Legio IV Flavia Felix of your period of interest (just made a quick check, so I could be wrong, and feel free to correct me).
