NY Times on WW2 Reenacting - richsc - 02-27-2009 Good and rather long article in the NY Times about reenactors and what motivates them. The reporter brings up some good questions which allot of non re-enactors would ask "are they adrenalin junkies" etc etc. I personally wouldn't re-enact the second world war, I think its too soon. I don't think it shouldn't be done & I'm sure the majority of WW II re-enactors go out of their way to honour the vets which they represent. Re: NY Times on WW2 Reenacting - A_Volpe - 03-01-2009 That is a nice article, thanks for posting it, Rich. Glad some reporters aren't biased jerks. Re: NY Times on WW2 Reenacting - Sean Manning - 03-02-2009 That article was well done. It is good to see that there are a few decent reporters (and newspapers which give them time to do a proper job) left in North America. Re: NY Times on WW2 Reenacting - texascavtrooper - 03-03-2009 This is a very good article. I've been to the Gap and they do a great job of putting it on. Bryan |
