Romanarmy.com temporary suspension - Praefectusclassis - 01-14-2009
Hi all,
Last Monday something on this site caused the server it's hosted on to overload. I'm not exactly sure what, but I suspect it has something to do with the fact that the software we use for RAT is outdated and heavily modded.
That, consequently, means that we seriously have to look around for an upgrade to our forum software even if that means that we'll (temporarily) lose some functionality that an upgraded version may not have. The only alternative is waiting till it happens again and our hosting service telling us to upgrade to a dedicated server at $150/month.
