For all who speak Dutch. I don't have much time, maybe someone else could translate it into English? Smile

The community of Bergen op Zoom has announced that several finds from the roman era have been discovered during construction work
in its center. Main discovery is a roman sacrifice site where seamen and merchants sacrificed to their gods before going on expedition.
A large amount of amphorae once containing wine and oliveoil have been unearthed.
The finds - dated to the first 3 centuries ad - prove that Bergen op Zoom was a major trade center at the river Schelde.
Excavators also found different types of roman pottery originating from B.o.Z. not as expected from Flanders, which means the Bergish
pottery industrie exists not just for 750 but almost 2000 years.

Hi 'Mar' (remember your real name/signature!),

Thanks for sharing that. Do you maybe have some information about the names of the gods from that site?
