Pax Romana - Arminius Primus - 09-08-2008

Ave

Does anyone know if there was a contemporary usage of the Term ( Pax Romana)]?

I was recently in Pristina and picked up what looks like a roman era lead sling shot from a can full of balkan war bullets and shell casings.

It is marked PR and has a very small Heracles club under the PR. If the term Pax Romana was in use , it would be a nice example of a soldiers humor.

Any ideas? Greetings from a still very warm Scupi

It's known that they put "soldier's humor" on lead bullets, if that's any help.
