Carthaginian officer (405 bC) - Untilatie - 05-30-2008

Hi guys!

What do you think about this carthaginian high officer? He could be a recruiter Apestalmenoi sent to the iberian Peninsula to get iberian mercenaries for the V-IV cent. b C. carthaginian army of Sicilia.
We made it for the recent Xth Tarraco Viva Festival.
Still we have to get a xiphos for him, but meanwhile... what do you think about him? What do you think we can meliorate?

Thank you!

Yes, I changed the cheeckpieces, and now they close as a Corinthian Helmet. As soon as I can, I'll put some photos here.
The brass Aspis (and every brass element, including the cuirass with silver nipples) was made by Fernando Garreta, the last Catalonian brass artisan ( www.fernandogarreta.com ).
