RAT Conference Mainz, Germany 2008 - Medusa Gladiatrix - 12-01-2007
Salvete Omnes,
We had discussed at the last conference that the next conference should take place in Mainz. I will assist Jona in organizing this event. Hence I would like to start with fixing a date so we could organize the activities in accordance with the date.
I guess we should stick to November because the reenactment season is over and most people are likely to have time at that time of the year. As you could see I left out one weekend in November because I will be unable to attend on that date. Therefore please chose from the listed dates or make any other suggestions.
If I'm not mistaken there is no multiple choice possible, so if you prefer all of the dates just post it.

The weekend of the 21st is Thanksgiving weekend. That makes it impossible for me. Both other dates are fine.

Any weekend in November is fine with me. The trade fair season is over by than and I'll be able to attend. I really like to go.
