When my commilitone Sebastiaan Berntsen and me were chatting away on the MSNnus...... we came up with the idea that we should have someone make a Latin version of the TOM TOM car navigation system sentences......
called, what else can it be., the TOMvS TOMvS...
incorporating sentences like (translate into Latin yourself)
Turn around, Turn around!
You are nearing the flat end of the world, beware not to drop over the rim!
At the next statio, turn left/right
The next castra is 5 miles away (no not 5 soldiers!)
and so on.......
please Latin speakers, indulge us... invent as many Latin TOMvS TOMvS phrases as you can and maybe someone will put them in a program so that YOU can have your own Latin version one day!!!!
