About as good as this one is going to get,other than the final polish etc. debating on if I should sharpen the blade(muh easier to do before it's all peened together) or not...To bad I don't have a buyer,they could just tell me what they wanted HA

Think I will after it's finished. I'm just going to bring the edge to *butter knife* sharp. It will make it easy enough to go to sharp latter if needed.

Near-sharp isn't that bad (that is, dull enough that it won't cut you unless you're really trying to cut yourself). That way it looks sharp, but won't take a slab of meat off when you try and and pull it out of the scabbard.
It's about O'Charley's steak knife sharp.
