But please write Michael off Timetrotter a mail. He wasn't to happy to see his pictures in a german reenacter magazin without himself asked for.

In fact, I talked to him yesterday -i.e., prior to the postings- and asked specifically permission for using my pictures for research, teaching and other non lucrative purposes. He was glad to grant this permission. I have, however, emailed him to congratulate his team for a magnificient exhibition and inform him of these postings.
