Rome season 2 is coming - and Gladiator II ?

I've heard about the plot that Maximus recovered and returns undercover as Minimum now (due to some budget restrictions).

I've heard Gladiator II in a different storyline. Where Maximus is some kind of ghost who communicates with lucilla. I don't heard that on the radio. Personally I wouldn't like a continuation of Gladiator, I think it would ruin a great movie. But anyways...
