Probably just for you UK guys (or europeans)
After checking with the Mods I would like to tout for sponsors for a 100 mile charity bike ride I am doing this coming Sunday in favour of the attached

Anyone wishing to sponsor me please let me have an e-mail with the amount of your pledge at [email protected] headed "charity bike ride"
There may be photos .... bear in mind that i am 6 foot 1 and weigh in at 18 stone (plus), not all of which is muscle ...... and the furthest i have done in training is 30 miles .... its going to be hard :?
