We now have the dates for the AD 43 event in Lafe, Arkansas.
The 2006 dates will be:
Work day for setting up vicus and doing various camp preparations is:
22 March, 2006
The camp opens for reenactment on 23 March and the event will be over on 26 March.
Needlefelt combat against Keltic foes, patrolling, guarding the Roman fort, archery, artillery, and a civilian camp outside the fort. barbarian village is nearby.

It isn't a mock up... it is a real fort! You have to see it to believe it. Even heard wolves howling in the wee hours of the night.
