[attachment=14120]Does anyone have a year date for the Hod Hill Sword?  I am not finding the dating on the sword.  Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Held in the BM here is the grif 1st AD

Dating seams to be after 43AD when the army built a camp inside the hill fort.

Here are a few other sites to help, I know some 1st AD Auxillary groups use this sword in Brittania. Hope it is of help
