These Chinese fonts must be someone attacking this site.  I don't understand.  This is an educational site.  Why would anyone want to interfere with it?

Pretty sure it's just a spambot.  If so, then whoever's behind it doesn't care what sites it posts to, it's just there to spam the maximum number of boards that happen to be vulnerable, in hopes of making money somehow.

The first time this started, there were several hundred posts in one morning and (according to Bing) many or all of them were ads for online casinos.

I usually delete c. 6 of them each day, othr mods about the same I think. there used to be a flood of them 95-10 per spammer, now they seem to become more individualistic.

Anyway, they die.

Yes, they die. I want to thank you and the other moderators for an excellent job. I love RAT as one of the few honest, fair, and educational forums online.
