It is a my reproduction of a mainz gladius whit composite scabbard from different reperts.

Great work indeed! The decoration is repousse work I guess ... ?
Yes Martin the decoration is embossing work ( repousse).the plates are from reperts different,some from Vindonissa and some from Wiesbaden.
I have pics of the original scabbards if you'd like me to post them.

I think it's in these 3 images (not 100% sure, there's a lot of them...)
In fact the point is the A783 and the other plates are this horrible destroyed B 328-112
