In Ancient Warefare magazine Vol V, issue 6 had a section talking about a book coming out this year. The book was written by Paul van der Heijden and Jasper Orthuy. It was going to have a lot of pictures of Roman reenactors from all over europe dressed out in their gear. The issue said it would be avaialble on the ancient-warfare website but can't find anything on the site.

Does anyone know if this book is now out for sale?

Is there an English version?

How can I get a copy?

I think the book you are thinking of has not appeared yet, due to funding issues. :-(

Yep, that's it. It's not something I can influence either, as it's not our publishing company doing the work.

Would it help to "pre-sell" the book via the Ancient Warfare website? I have paid for copies of books in the past well in advance of publication and would be happy to do so for this, and I woudl imagine there would be a few others.
