For those not aware of it, the public domain editions of the Loeb Classical Library, those green and red bilingual editions of Greek and Latin texts, are now available online at http://ryanfb.github.com/loebolus/.
Thank you for that! Now my reading days just got even more crammed!
VERY useful - thank you!
Thank you very much!

Mods, is there anyway this can be made a sticky or some other easy to locate thread?
Seems an excellent resource!

Seconded.
Great! Really great!Thanx Steve!
Done. This is indeed worthy of a sticky. Thanks Steve!
I've been happily using Ed Donnelly's DownLoebables web site -- even passed on a few of his internet-archive links here, over the years. Now we just need someone to list them in alphabetical order, rather than in Loeb order!
Ctrl + F should do the trick as well for your searches. Wink
Just tried his version of Caesar's Gallic War. (I'm interested in the Rhine bridge at the moment: BGall. IV.17.)

Beware the dreaded Google rubber gloves!

btw If anyone needs the Loeb Caesar, this one is a rubber-glove-free zone.
 What in the world is that? Someone turning pages?
Cheers for the link, very useful!
Wait...how are these things being scanned then...are people taking pictures from above? what? :S

It's Google's tame helper octopus, in charge of the scanner again!

(To be fair, there's a fold-out on the following page, which -- judging by the state of the scan -- has already been chewed up by the machine. It's understandable that they should send in the octopus.)
I saw this on TWC I think, this is great!
