I am kind of wandering: When one reads in the Bible about feet washings and such, then it al appears pretty similar to the roman practices to me. And knowing that the Romans has got much of it from the Greeks.
I have the feeling that laying at the table having your feet washed, eat all together from the same bowls and platters of food, and having wine ceremonies,
just about happened all around the mediterranean like for example in Judah.
What is your peoples thought about this???
