Yes it's dangerous. Otherwise my grand kids just use sharp sticks to poke each other.

That looks great but it looks like you have started the ball rolling for you will have to make them all some full kit now.
They already have full kits!

That is just fantastic I love that little fella by the gate in the snow looks so dedicated.
He is a real dedicated reenactor. Here is a closer photo:

Is his armor real steel? Wouldn't that be real heavy for a boy?
The armor is real mild steel and brass as well as the small size helmet (made by DSC) all the other gear is reenactor real stuff also. Chris does his training with Needlefelt weapons however:
