Has anyone got any images of "Thekenbeschläge" (the metal decorative plaques applied to some 2-4th C knife sheaths) other than the 2 that were posted by Martin Moser when he made his.

I know there's a book on the subject but I just want some inspiration for something I'm working on at the moment.

Cheers
Erik Konig has made some, although I think he does his attachement in a wrong fashion.

I'm aware of the books, what I need is pics of a few examples for inspiration for something I'm working on now.
Thanks anyway.

Where's Martin when you need him?
Hi Matt,
This is a curious coincidence, I'm studying this type in these days because I have to replicate one of these soon. We are waiting for the book (augusta raurica) but I found this document that you will surely find useful for your project.

If you have information that you want to share I'm happy because I am very interested as I said I have to play one.

That's brilliant Marco, thank you very much.
