The next sentence below reads;
"That's asses as in the As, a bronze coin used in Rome. So Attike must have been one expensive lady."
I'm no expert on the various denominations of Roman coinage so I cannot determine who is incorrect. Simply stating the facts as presented.

The page has been changed since my last post then! It previously read (I'm fairly sure) 'that's asses as in donkeys, an expensive animal in ancient times' or something to that effect... either somebody informed them of the error and they corrected it, or I suffered a strange hallucination earlier today...
