Today I've visited Museum het Valkhof in Nijmegen (the Netherlands), which I can really recommend to all you fellow Roman enthousiasts. Of course I've taken many pictures there and made a small selection so you can see it for yourself. If there is anything you like, be sure to download it because I'm not sure how long ImageShack will keep them online.

One of the main pieces of the museum; the famous "Godenpijler":

Album with Neolithic, Bronze Age and early Medieval artifacts (made it for the Bronze Age Forum but I figured you may like it too):

I have many more pictures so if anyone is interested in specific Roman objects I can take a look.
Enjoy!
Thankyou

where they do not keep quite so many artefacts from the classical period Cry
Oh yes it was as if I had ended up in Walhalla LOL

Never knew they had so many Roman finds there, though I could have known since Nijmegen/Noviomagus has a long Roman history. Most museums in my area hardly have anything Roman because Roman presence and influence was much smaller north of the Rhine.
