Looks nice indeed !

A place I'd love to go. I find this helmet one of the stranger survivals and it would be good to see it first hand. For example, is a real helmet or from a statue?

Well, considering it was found nowhere near any statue and to my knowledge in a votive or battle context near bibracte In my view it is definetely not belonging to any statue.

About 25 km from Bibracte in the 1800's, deep in AEDUI territory, the present Burgundy (Bourgogne) where Alesia (alise st Reine and Dijon are also found, but to the north of Autun..)
