including information on how to subscribe in advance to volume 1 (delayed by long and arduous hand-to-hand combat with a cgi script called Formmail which anyone except a total idiot - me - could get right first time; ho hum). No credit cards, I'm afraid, but Oxbow will hopefully be distributing them after publication, so those with a flexible friend will be able to exercise them then.<br>
