A great event this weekend- with a complete century, over 20 auxilia, four cavalry, ballistae, an onager, stone throwers etc....groups from UK, France, Belgium, and Holland. Fantastic, and many thanks to English Heritage and the Hadrians Wall people.

Wow ! A most impressive sight....love to have seen it....and heard it too ! I bet the demonstrations were quite spectacular with the proverbial 'cast of thousands'.......
