I spotted this road sign, but what does it mean?
I wouldn't risk to ride in that road with my bycicle, but the red one with horizontal white stripe is the "closest" one, the others are behind it in some way...

I'll just call it police logic.
Looks to me that it is a bicycle only zone.

The diaganol white line prohibits entry to motorized vehicles, the sign behind and below clearly indicates bikes have access.
Plus the pointy plastic bike sign to the right....
Could be wrong though.....
euhm, first you've to follow the yellow one, which says you may not cross the fence, but have to go some to the left.

Then there's a couple of centimeters with one way traffic for cars, but you may enter with your front wheel, until it arrives by the third one, where it has to stop and you aren't allowed to go further, by bike.
Confusedhock: :?

I think it means: All Cyclists Must Walk Their Steeds.

Or...

Abandon All Hope Yee Who Ride Here

Narukami
I think Byron nailed it...no motor vehicles...bikes this way...especially with all the parked bikes in the backround on the left.
