Lets see in the end the CYCLOPS eats Tiberius and cronies.
Too bad he didn't eat whoever rented the "Roman" equipment.

The Praetorian Guard has dark colored Attic style helmets and Battersea
shields. Leather Segmentatia thruout. Bracers evident. Helmets and Scuta
weren't too bad. Pila: Not good ones but at least some troops had them.
Sets were great must have been left over from another movie.
Anyone notice any other good/bad gear?
When was this movie made?

Can't say I remember it anyway...the one I remeber is the cyclops from Jason and the Argonauts....
leather loricas left over from Passion of the Christ and Spartacus (the newer cheesier version). Probably the leftover Passion Pila too.

An "arena" that was pretty small for the Emporer!

Some background sets looked okay... how many times do you have to kill a cyclops anyway? Perhaps in Livy or Tacitus?

Some gladiator armor looked okay. Don't bother to rent... or buy. Just catch it when snoozing one sunday.
