Aside from that, it looks like you're ready to go. With the addition of a hamata you've begun on a second kit.(or at least an alternate).

Corner of the scutum is poking up in the lower right of the picture. My pila and tunics and other goodies arent in it either. Thanks!!

I actually got it from a friend. I re-did the hilt and scabbard. No clue where the blade came from. But thanks!!

I think the uni-bomber did a practice run in my workshop! My wife cleaned up the entry to the unfinished part, and piled all my junk in the center of the shop.....putting the "work" back in workshop!

Subarmalis or shoulderpads? Helps keep the center top plates straight.

I am looking for sheep skins or fleeces to double over to finish off the subarmalis. Got a batch of linen ready to finish stitching up.

For AD 43 and later, would I need pteruges (sp?)
