I've used Worcestershire sauce (we call it "Wooster" sauce down here in the South... :mrgreen: ) for many years, especially on grilled steak and hamburgers, and it can't be beaten as a marinade for them, in my opinion!
They call it Wooster in Worcester too, so you're in good company .
