Where there is a preview of a book and I click on it, I get a page which evidently relates to it (there is a menu bar which includes a box with the page number in it) but which does not include an image of the page itself. If the book is out of copyright and there is a facility to download it, I can do so but, if it is still in copyright and there would be only a partial preview, I get nothing and am completely stymied. I do not seem to have the same problem where there is only a snippet view.
This seems to be an Internet Explorer problem. IE is my preferred browser but I have now had to load Firefox before I can use Google Books and access the link in Nathan's post. Is nothing simple?
