Does any one knows news about new movies about roman era/ ancient times which one comming soon in 2015 ?
I know one released title from this year: Decline of an Empire but this is very poor story about Constantine.
I don't know of any, and to be honest, at this point I don't even want Hollywood to even try anymore....everything they do about the ancient world seems to have "gone 300" if you know what I mean.

I'm too stupid to give up. I actually bought the Decline of the Empire DVD. Watched it once. Was HORRIFIED that a film this bad could actually be made!!! :woot:

It does indeed look exactly like the 'armour', worn in the 1953 production of 'Julius Caesar'!
Last week I went to Walescomiccon, mainly to chat to David Warner because he had appeared in 'Masada' and he kindly signed one of my old 'Masada' lobby cards. Also appearing at the event was the actor Ian Whyte. According to the IMDB He will be appearing in a new film titled 'Victrix' About the last days of the XXth Valeria Victrix legion in Chester and the rise of the Arthurian legend.
For the purist, the appearance of the XXth legion in Chester (Deva) in the fifth century and a single governor of Britain listed in the cast will have already set off alarm bells.
According to the local press the film is supposed to be shot in the Chester area or places associated with the story the film is based on. If I get to find out more I will post it.
Based on a review on Amazon 'Decline of an Empire', previously known as 'Katherine of Alexandria', has had quite a chequered production, worthy of a film in itself.

Here's a pic of Clooney. Love the wristers, complete with buckles. I understand that cult-idol Clancy Brown will also be in Hail, Caesar... perhaps as an elder cameo of the Kurgan. :cheer:
