AUTUN HELMET... HELP!!!

Avete omnes,

on a tin figure exhibition I met the manufacturer of this beautiful figure of a Roman commander:

Afterwards I sent him the photo of the helmet of Autun, that once appeared here. The manufacturer would like to use this photo now for his documentation for the figure and asked me for the information, who has the copyright at this photo.

The photo has disappeared now in this topic - it is the very large one of the Autun helmet, that was taken by a R.A.T.-member - maybe "Mansio"? Could the copyright owner please tell me whether the figure manufacturer may use the photo for his documentation?

And in the meantime the photographer sent me a private message off-forum that he would release the picture for usage by the manufacturer above.

I know, Antoninus Lucretius now names himself Antonius Lucretius since installation of the new forum; I meant 'Mansio', he wrote to me that he "seems to have lost access to the forum since the move but will shortly sign up again!"
