So what I need are 5 complete sets of robe and weapons of roman legionary for rent. And that should be somewhere close to Balkans, since that the whole thing will be used on the occasion in Belgrade on 27. of June. Good thing is that if we can arrange something it will be supported financially and logistically by Australian embassy in Belgrade. Good luck with that Stefan (would you please reinstate your real name in your signature?), because not many people would be willing to 'rent out' their personal equipment.
Why not ask a group to perform on that occasion?

Some groups have spare loaner kits which they may be willing to Rent. We have rented ours out for movies before.
That being said, it may be easier to just rent a group of reenactors. I'm sure there are some near Belgrade.
